It was only a matter of time that Montblanc watches would expand into the watch industry. With it's membership in the Vendome Luxury Group, it holds it's position within the ranks of other luxury watch giants such as Cartier, Dunhill, Piaget, Baume et Mercier and Vacheron Constantin. This vision was ultimately realized by Montblanc Montre S.A. watch factory in Le Locle, Switzerland in 1997.
Since it's launch, Montblanc timepieces have been highly in demand and prestigiously regarded. Similar to the writing instruments, these exquisite timepieces have also been christened "Meisterstuck" meaning `masterpiece' in German. This name is an entitlement that has remained unfaltering for almost 75 years, and accordingly has become the title of the most exquisite and classic of all Montblanc fountain pens.
These masterpieces of legendary Swiss watch-making, feature four diverse types of watch movement. The classic design of these luxurious timepieces embody the distinctive hallmark of the famous Meisterstuck tradition.
